2. Who we are
Pivot Knee Co. is a Colorado-registered medical-grade compression apparel company. Address: 2840 Cherry Creek South Drive, Denver, CO 80222. We sell the Pivot Sleeve in three sizes through this website, directly to consumers.
3. Pricing
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your ship-to state. Promotional pricing and bundle discounts may end without prior notice.
If a sleeve is listed for less than we intend to sell it, we'll email you and offer either a full refund or a chance to pay the difference. We do not silently bill more than the price you saw at checkout.
4. Order acceptance
Your checkout is an offer to buy. We accept the offer when the confirmation email lands in your inbox. We reserve the right to refuse any order — for example if a size is sold out, if a fraud check fails, or if your account history shows excessive returns. Refunds are issued in full if we refuse.
5. Payment
All major U.S.-issued credit cards. FSA / HSA cards accepted — see the FSA / HSA page. Payments charge at order placement, not shipment. Declined cards mean the order is canceled; we do not retry.
6. Shipping
Free ground shipping in the contiguous 48 states. Orders ship within 1–2 business days and typically arrive 3–5 business days later. Risk of loss transfers to you when the carrier marks the package delivered. If tracking shows delivered but the package isn't there, contact us within 7 days.
7. The 90-day at-home trial
If the sleeve doesn't move with you the way we promised, send it back within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. The sleeve can be washed, worn under clothing, used on trail runs — all fine. We pay return shipping in the lower 48. International customers cover the return freight. Refunds land on the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.
One trial per household. If you've returned a sleeve before, a second order is final sale.
8. The lifetime fit guarantee
The Pivot Sleeve is warrantied against (a) loss of compression more than 20% below initial measurement, (b) seam separation, (c) silicone gel-grip detachment, and (d) any manufacturing defect — for the life of the original owner. To claim, email [email protected] with your order number and a photo. Approved claims are replaced free, including return shipping.
Not covered: damage from improper washing (machine dry, bleach, fabric softener), aggressive Velcro contact that abrades the knit, or punctures from external sources (thorns, sharp tools, pet claws).
9. Medical disclaimer
The Pivot Sleeve is a compression garment, not a medical treatment. It is not FDA-cleared to diagnose, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have a chronic knee condition, post-surgical recovery needs, or are pregnant, please consult your physician before use. We do not provide medical advice; our support team can answer questions about fit and compression level but cannot recommend the sleeve for any specific medical situation.
10. Acceptable use of the website
You may not (a) attempt to access any non-public area, (b) interfere with site operation, (c) scrape content or pricing, or (d) submit fake orders. Site content is copyright Pivot Knee Co.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the products in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Colorado law. Disputes that can't be resolved through conversation are submitted to binding arbitration in Denver County, Colorado, except either party may bring a small-claims action.
13. Changes
We may update these terms; new versions apply to orders placed after the update.
